Patrick edged out Imtiaz Serwer 4-2 in the Semis whilst recent SEA Games Gold medalist Rory Thor whitewashed Mohd Reza 4-0 in the other match.
The Final played the full match of 7 frames but Patrick proved to be the better player with breaks of 88 and 70 points, defeating the in form Rory Thor.
Patrick Ooi takes home RM 3,000 cash prize whilst Rory Thor takes only RM 1,200 cash prize.
