Golden 10 host Leg 1

Golden 10 Snooker & Pool Club will host Leg 1 in the New Year as the Tour kicks off. The top 32 seeds from last year's ranking will be seeded this year and the top 32 for Leg 1 will then be used moving forward for Leg 2.

Imtiaz claims the finale leg

Imtiaz Serwer struggled through all 7 frames in the Final, including a re-spotted Black before finally able to win Leg 15 XZ Snooker Tour 2013 at NOS Ball Snooker & Pool Club, Taman Desa.

Trailing 2-0 and 3-1 at one point during the match, Imtiaz slowed his pace down and played ball by ball, reeling in one frame at a time to level the match at 3-3. Mohd Reza had the lead first in the decider but Imtiaz replied with a 40 break to regain the lead. A careless Red attempt by Imtiaz gave Reza the opportunity to pick up some points and eventually potted the Black to level the points, forcing a re-spotted Black.

Mohd Reza won the toss and tried playing a bank shot on the Black but failed to place it safe as Imtiaz pots the Black over the pocket, winning frame and match.

Imtiaz Serwer takes home RM 3,000 cash prize and the Champion's trophy whilst Mohd Reza manages only the Runner up's RM 1,200 cash prize and trophy.

Top 4 cruises to Semis

The top 4 seeds cruised into the Semi Finals of Leg 15 XZ Snooker Tour 2013 here at NOS Ball Snooker & Pool Club.

Based on the current ranking points, Rory Thor will definitely finish the year 2013 as No 1 seed, giving him much motivation to perform better in next week's 27th SEA Games in Myanmar.

Semi Finals plays tomorrow at 6pm followed by the Final at 9pm.

Day 4 sees the completion of the Last 64 Round with the first half of seeded players playing their first match at NOS Ball Snooker & Pool Club. Tomorrow will see top seed Rory Thor and the rest coming into action for their first match.

Day 3 Results

Preliminary Round matches completes as the Tour enters Day 3 here at NOS Ball Snooker & Pool Club, Taman Desa. Tomorrow will see the first half seeded players taking to the green baize against the qualifiers from the Preliminary Rounds.

NOS Ball Snooker & Pool Club will also be hosting all players and guest for their Grand Opening on 7 Dec, 7pm. Buffet dinner will be served and all are welcome.

Preliminary Round matches for Day 1 completes at NOS Ball Snooker & Pool Club as Leg 15 XZ Snooker Tour 2013 cues off on the weekend. A total of 112 players participated in the closing leg for the Tour with the Final being played on 7 December.

As the year draws to an end, Leg 15 XZ Snooker Tour 2013 will be hosted by newly opened host venue, NOS Ball Snooker & Pool Club in Taman Desa, Old Klang Road.

Formerly known as Rally Desa Snooker, the new place has undergone extensive renovation and presents to the public a whole new environment for snooker and pool fans. 

Preliminary Round matches starts this Sunday, 1 Dec.
